As a thick MVNO, Eastel provides prepaid, postpaid, family plans, IoT and co-branding solutions, including eSIM, for voice, SMS, data, reloads, mobile number portability, and value-added services, supported by an incentive-based referral programme.

3. How do I join Eastel?

You can join Eastel by registering a Starter Pack SIM card for RM10.

Malaysians / Permanent Residents: Up to 5 active Eastel SIM cards under one IC. Foreign nationals: Up to 5 prepaid SIM cards in total across all telco providers. Companies: No limit, subject to company verification.

7. Does the Eastel SIM card support IDD and international roaming?
